With respect to the dissatisfied experience witnessed by the release of two controversial films Kya Kool hai hum 3 and Mastizaade in which censored part of the film was available in the release copy of YouTube, censor board and information & broadcast ministry has come up with the decision of accepting an undertaking from filmmakers instead of amending the law.
Due to the loophole in the law, filmmakers restrain from releasing censored part on television and cinema halls but the law was silent for the release of the material on Internet.
